Create user account in Events Management System (EMS)

Your email will be used as a username to log in to EMS. You cannot change the email once the account has been created, and one email cannot be used in 2 accounts.

Password must be at least 6 characters length, it must contain 4 unique characters.

EMS Login: with username (email) and password.

  • All SWS participants, who have accounts from previous years, keep their name, surname and email, and additionally automatically receive an updated password by e-mail. The password is for initial login and can be changed immediately after logging in. If someone has not received an email with an updated password, first check in your Junk box and if not, write to us immediately. 


  • If you do not have an up-to-date EMS account on the event site (you have not been our participant until now), it is necessary to make a new account registration, with name, surname and email. The password can be changed at any time, names and email not, because they are the basis of your account data in our database. It is important to fill in the name and surname in English letters (a-z, A-Z) only, because if you use national symbols, it will not be possible to create the profile.
