Zejneli", abstract = "Corruption is one of the biggest challenges of the time, a worrying phenomenon for the whole society, therefore society most oppose it by trying in various ways to prevent it. Corruption as a great evil, today is present in all societies in all its forms, certainly in some countries is more extended and in some other less extended. Corruption is one of the heaviest forms as a prevalent appearance in modern societies and unfortunately, some forms of the corruption have become an everyday concern in our country. Corruption as a criminal offense cannot be identified with organized crime, but it operates in close cooperation with it, with open agreements, as well as profiting from each other, especially in the protection of the organized criminal activity. The social dangerousness that is often the cause and the fight against corruption in the world are treated in a plan with the war against organized crime considering as one of its main constituents. For an organized democratic society, there is nothing more dangerous than taking bribes by public service officials. Taking bribes by these individuals represents a form of corruption when they ask for gifts, when they receive gifts as well as the promise to accept any gift or other benefits.
