abstract = "The financial market is one of the most important segments of the economics because it has been serving as a channel through which funds are transferred between particular economical entities. Financial system is a part of the economic system whereby for the latter it is important the financial sector to be as stable as possible. The article is dedicated to a theoretical base of the financial market regulations and it describes situation on the financial market from short term as well as long term perspectives. Based on the method of the contents analysis and herein stated literature there have been formulated theoretical and practical conclusions.",
