abstract = "The paper deals with the issue of outsourcing of talented employee recruitment process, in particular the personnel leasing. Outsourcing of employee recruitment process means recruitment through an external company. Given that the use of personnel leasing is becoming popular, the research was carried out to find out what is the situation like in Slovak companies. The aim of the research was to find statistically significant differences in the perception of working conditions by talented employees, who are internal employees (i.e. employees employed by the company in which they work) and talented employees employed on the basis of personnel leasing. For this purpose, three statistical hypotheses were tested using Pearson's Chi-square test. The research found statistically significant differences between internal and external talented workers in terms of job security, career development opportunities, and benefits. The results of statistical testing confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences between internal and external employees in the perception of job security and career development opportunities.",
