ABSTRACT
This paper concerns to the human resource management in small and medium business, the scheme of management of personnel’ resistance during the organizational changes are considered. In the conditions of a long economic crisis many organizations are compelled to undergo serious organizational changes to adapt for new conditions of the environment. Change of organizational structure, optimization of the staff list, introduction of new systems of compensation and awarding - one of the first steps of heads of the organizations for change of the existing habitual systems of existence.
