ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSTICS OF LATENT ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PATTERNS

The article presents a methodology for psychoanalytic diagnosis of the organizational environment, based on the theory of object relations. The organizational environment is considered from Metapsychological modeling positions, evaluations of the quality of object relations and the level of formation of organizat ional identity. Psychoanalytic metapsychological modeling allows to discover latent destructive tendencies of organizational behavior that regress the quality of management decisions in the field of personnel management. Programs of organizational changes in the field of personnel management contribute to risk reduction in staff recruitment and appointments, enhance the effectiveness of training programs and staff development, and normalize the management function in general.From the psychoanalytic point of view, the origin of destructive tendencies in organizational behavior is caused by inevitable regression in organizational behavior as a result of the dynamics of its development. The translation of the latent regressive reactions to the conscious level allows to use it in effective administrative functions.
