ABSTRACT
Changing conditions in the labour market, dynamics of technical development, increasing requirements for higher qualification make one deepen his/her knowledge and extend his/her skills. Therefore education and training are the key means of influencing one´s own future and personal growth. Education and development of employees belong to inevitable elements of society, because it is the quality of human resources which decides how quickly companies will proceed and at the same time what the quality of this process will be. Investment in human capital by means of educational systems and training is an invitable part of the strategy of Europe in securing a high level of sustainable growth based on knowledge, which is in the centre of Lisbon Strategy, whilst at the same time the self-realization, social inclusion and active citizenship ares also supported. Therefore the aim is to clarify not only the theoretical level but also the empiric results of the research in the sphere of business education of the graduates of the study programme Sales Management.
