INVOLVEMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE SYSTEM OF TALENT MANAGEMENT: CONTENT ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL AND REGIONAL COMPANIES SITES, HAVING ACTIVITIES ON THE TERRITORY OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article is devoted to research of staff recruitment features to build the talent management system (talent management) as a modern trend in management of human resources in the organization.
The study is based on the analysis of organizations, which are having activities on the territory of Russian Federation. The main method of research is content-analysis of companies’ websites. The survey analyzed 15th organizations: 5 international (Unilever, Coca-cola, Samsung; Nestle, Bayer), 5 Federal (Gazprom, Rosatom, SberBank, Megaphone, Vimm-Bill-Dann/Pepsico), 5 regional (Uralskaya Gorno-Metallurgicheskaya Companiya, Evrazmetall-Ural, Atomstroykompleks, Turbomotorny zavod, Uralelectrotyazhmash).
The results are obtained in the following aspects of the analysis: areas of activity, which can attract talented staff; major sources of talent attraction; requirements to the competence of the talented personnel who are wanted to be involved; the nature of the working conditions and attractiveness of the workplace; the methods of attraction which are already used; the factors influencing on the attraction of talented personnel.
The authors had made a number of important implications about:
the priority directions for attracting of talented staff (marketing, human resources management/management, finance);
the methods of information providing about vacancies (openness/closeness);
typical requirements to candidates for different positions (higher education, foreign languages knowledge);
the selection algorithms (variations of the steps) and of employment characteristics (official employment);
the popular technologies of staff development (training, target training, individual training and development);
career prospects (unlimited professional development opportunities).
This study can help the modern companies to create much more effective approach to the talent-management system formation, in both the short and long term, making the talent management the special sphere of human resources management.
