REFLEXIVE STRATEGIES AS A BASIC COMPONENT FOR PROFESSIONALIZATION

This article presents results of a sociologic survey of a resource potential
known as reflection through studying reflexive strategies as a result of communicative practices of the modern education system in Russia. Images of social reality present the basic component of reflexivity, the authors believe.
Reflexive strategies considerably affect the processes of social, including professional, adaptation at earlier stages of professionalization. Since reflexive anticipations are linked to what one thinks as success and successful career, efficient reflexive strategies can be researched as a tool to reproduce human resources.
Raising social and political subjectess is a major task of modern education as an institution for relaying democracy values under the conditions of systemic identity crisis. Disruption of sociality concepts, diluting of identity, vague statuses, losing relevant skills of real communication and the decrease of social motivation lead to degrading of social relations between people and eventually lead to flawed social reproduction, the students say.
A high level of communicative reflexivity appears to be in highest demand as of today. That is based on its relation to problems of language and ethno-cultural identity.
That is why it is important to best preserve and optimize person-to-person forms of communication between teachers and students in higher-education establishments, as a major task and a condition of the modern system of education as a space to render socio-cultural experience as basic forms of pedagogic communication. It is the intersection of personality life worlds where social process are generated and personality self-identification take place. The low level of self-identification as a result of vague ideas of one’s place in the social reality downgrades one to the level of a mere functionary, and the person ceases to be a proper measure in things (modus in rebus), gets dehumanized which is against the main value in a democratic society.
