MANAGEMENT STRATEGY OF HUMAN RESOURCES OF REGIONAL CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

This work is dedicated to the formation of the management strategy of human resources of Government autonomic health institution "Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the basis of the implementation of the principles of process management using strategic management tools. The relevance of the study is the transition to a new stage of development of the institution in connection with the completion of the implementation of the regional program of modernization, structural changes in the organization, as well as radical changes of factors of near and far surroundings.
Key role and significant place of management strategy of human resources in the hierarchy of a large medical company policies are clearly demonstrated. Much attention is paid to the possibility of using strategic management tools for the formation of human resources management strategy. There are the results of the strategic process in the field of personnel management, that are typical of large public clinic.
