ABSTRACT
Tourism has a significant influence on the economic and social progress of the territory; therefore the development of this particular industry becomes a priority. The article analyzes the peculiarities of promotional marketing of national Russian tourism product on the domestic and foreign markets, defines basic problems of the industry, and suggests their solutions.
