Spouse

Spouse (accompanying person) fee of € 79 EARLY BIRD (€ 91 after 01 August, 2022) covers:

  • Full 7 days access to rich Conference Social program;
  • Welcome Reception/Cocktail party;
  • National Dinner Party with variety show;
  • Closing Reception/Cocktail party;
  • Conference Field Trip;
Note: Access to the conference halls during plenary session is not allowed!
This is a special form of participation ONLY for family members /wife or husband - with no regard to the scientific part of the event /not allowed for colleagues/.
While making your online registration, it is very important to know the exact SWS ID of the person you are accompanying to.
FAMILY BONUS! You have a kid under 6 y.o. - come with him/her and he/she could join every social event for FREE OF CHARGE! Book a hotel and your child will be accommodated for free, too!
/One child: Free of charge;  Second child: + 30 %  up to 12 y.o. / + 45%  more than 12 y.o./
